What was the context of that then? I don't recall that. I think I had resigned before then as Secretary, and editor of the book. All tardiness is down to me it has to be said - but to be fair, although I am sure it will do reasonably well, I was getting a bit bored because it was not as wide ranging as I had envisaged when I first suggested it - to include issues like money and credit creation as well.
